You’ll stir, season, and sizzle your way through classic fried rice, then end on a sweet, unexpected note: banana-mango wontons served hot and crisp, with cool ice cream and a touch of ganache.

Expect sizzling pans, bold flavors, and a few surprises along the way. Bring a bottle, bring a friend, and bring your appetite—your favorite takeout is about to get a homemade upgrade.
