You’ll begin with a warm welcome and cultural introduction, as professional Chef Shan shares legends and traditions behind each dish. Then, step into the kitchen to prepare a comforting three-course Indian meal featuring your choice of chicken masala or curry, served with spicy potatoes and fragrant rice pulao. End on a sweet note with halva, a traditional Indian dessert.

Professional Chef Shan brings 20+ years of teaching experience, a published cookbook, and national media features to offer guests a truly authentic culinary and cultural journey.

  • Physical Ability: Light activity required, including standing and stirring
