My husband and I were downtown yesterday to provision more food for our boat trip, but decided we had to have a little treat before heading out, and the staff was super friendly and quick.

Overview

Step into a warm, bustling kitchen where every ingredient is fresh, every movement intentional, and every dish rooted in regional Italian tradition. This interactive culinary experience brings you into the rhythm of Italian cooking—confident, simple, and full of character.

Begin with roasted garlic focaccia—pillowy, blistered, and fragrant—baked by your own hand. Next comes a salad that surprises: paper-thin fennel, blood orange segments, and flecks of sea salt under a crumble of ricotta salata, each bite equal parts crisp, creamy, and bright.

Pork chops take center stage—pan-seared until golden, finished with a verdant salsa verde that brings depth and a briny bite. Then, the quiet finale: zabaglione. You’ll whisk it into silk over gentle heat, folding in Marsala until it’s barely sweet and impossibly smooth, ready to pour over a bowl of fresh summer berries.

Every moment in this class is tactile, aromatic, and full of flavor—from kneading dough to the final spoonful of custard. It’s not about perfection. It’s about slowing down, cooking with your senses, and creating something that feels unmistakably yours.
