You're welcome to ask questions, feel into the resonance, and let your own intuition guide what lands.

Integration & Aftercare

As you leave, you'll carry not just information but a felt sense of empowerment. Amrita may offer small practices, attunements, or ceremony suggestions to integrate what you've learned. You're encouraged to sit with the insights over the coming days—sometimes the deepest wisdom unfolds slowly.
