Arrival
You'll check in at the serene front desk and be welcomed by name. Take a breath—you're officially off the clock. Consultation & Treatment
Your therapist or esthetician will meet you to understand your goals: Are you here for pain relief, skin renewal, or pure escape? They'll listen with their hands, adjusting pressure and focus to exactly what your body needs. Whether it's a deep tissue massage melting knots away, a brightening facial restoring your glow, or a specialized treatment targeting your concerns, you're in expert hands. The room is warm, quiet, and yours alone.
Aftercare
Post-treatment, you'll have time to shower and dress at your own pace. A therapist may offer skincare or lifestyle guidance. Return to the lounge for a final moment of stillness before stepping back into your day—calmer, clearer, glowing.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to receive a full refund; cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a charge. Guests should be in good health and disclose any injuries, pregnancies, or skin conditions to their therapist before treatment begins. DESUAR reserves the right to modify or decline service if a health concern requires medical attention. Gratuity (15–20%) is customary and appreciated for excellent service.
