Walk in during your scheduled appointment. The team will welcome you and get you settled. If it's your first visit, mention you're redeeming a gift card—they'll confirm your new-client status and get you checked in.

Gift cards are for new clients only and apply to hair services and retail prices. Cancellation: provide at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule without penalty.
