Arrival
You'll arrive at Hanalei Day Spa at the Hanalei Colony Resort, steps from the North Shore's pristine beach. Take a breath. The moment you enter, the pace slows. Soft island music, the faint scent of tropical botanicals, and the warmth of genuine aloha greet you. Check in at the front desk and let the team know if you have any questions or concerns about your chosen treatment.
Consultation & Preparation
Your therapist will meet with you to understand what your body needs—whether it's therapeutic release, gentle relaxation, or something in between. If you've chosen beachside, you'll be guided to the hale (traditional structure) overlooking the ocean. In-spa guests settle into a quiet, candlelit treatment room. You'll have privacy to undress and slip under warm linens, cocooned and ready.
The Treatment
Your therapist's hands begin their work—whether flowing strokes of Lomi Lomi, deeper pressure of therapeutic massage, or the nurturing warmth of hot stones melting tension away. Time dissolves. The ocean becomes your soundtrack. Warm oils nourish your skin. You drift between presence and dreams, held in skilled, caring hands.
Aftercare & Departure
As your treatment concludes, you're invited to rest for a few moments, reconnecting gently with the room around you. Sip cool water infused with island citrus. Move slowly—your body has just released what it's been holding. Many guests linger on the property, letting the island energy integrate into their bones before returning to the world. You leave not just relaxed, but renewed.
Cancellations require 24 hours' notice to avoid charges.
