Arrival

The Consultation & Treatment
Your therapist or esthetician will chat with you briefly to dial in exactly what you need. Then you'll be guided to your private room. For massage: you'll undress to your comfort level, slip under warm linens, and let skilled hands work out months of tension. Hot stones will be placed strategically, their warmth sinking deep. For facials: you'll recline in a peaceful treatment room while your esthetician cleanses, customizes serums and masks to your skin type, and applies techniques that leave your face luminous and hydrated.
Aftercare
Post-treatment, you'll ease back into the world slowly. Sip water, let the calm linger. Your esthetician may recommend a maintenance plan or products to keep your skin glowing at home. You'll leave feeling lighter, clearer, more like yourself than you did when you walked in.
Cancellations require 24 hours' notice to avoid a charge. Pregnant clients should inform their therapist before treatment; certain modalities may need adjustment. If you have recent injuries, chronic pain, or health concerns, mention them during check-in. Gratuity is not included in your service price and is appreciated for exceptional care. Teens receiving facials may need parental consent; confirm age policies when booking.
