Arrival
You'll check in at The Westin Hapuna Beach Resort and make your way to the spa. Take a breath. The moment you enter, the pace slows. Staff will guide you through a brief consultation to understand your needs, preferences, and any areas of tension or sensitivity.
The Treatment
Your therapist will begin with intention. Warm oils, rhythmic pressure, and techniques passed down through generations of Balinese healers work to release what your body is holding. You're not on a table—you're in a cocoon. Time dissolves. Your mind quiets. Healing happens.
Aftercare

Cancellation requires 24 hours' notice to avoid charges. Guests under 18 may need parental consent for certain treatments. If you're pregnant, nursing, or managing injuries or health conditions, mention this during booking so your therapist can adapt the experience safely. Gratuity is not included and is typically 15–20% of your service cost—a meaningful thank you for personalized care.
