You'll step into a space that feels removed from time. The retreat greets you with intention—perhaps a cool drink, a moment to breathe, staff who genuinely ask how you're feeling. You'll check in, share any health notes or specific intentions with your therapist, and begin the transition from your regular life into this one.
The Treatment
Depending on what you've chosen, you'll be guided into a serene treatment room where warmth, scent, and skilled hands work together. Whether it's a deeply nourishing massage, a Hawaiian-inspired healing treatment, or a full-body ritual, the focus is unwavering: your restoration. Time moves differently here. You'll lose track of it—that's the point.
Aftercare
As your treatment closes, you'll be gently brought back. A glass of water, a quiet moment to sit with what just happened. Staff will offer any guidance for extending the benefits at home. You'll leave slowly, deliberately—already planning your return.
Cancellations require 24 hours' notice for a full credit or refund; cancellations within 24 hours may be charged in full. Pregnant guests and those with recent injuries should consult with the spa's therapists before booking to ensure the safest, most supportive treatment. Children may be accommodated depending on the experience type—contact the retreat directly. Gratuity (15–20%) is customary and separate from your treatment cost. Hawaii Island Retreat reserves the right to adjust availability based on seasonal demand.
