Arrival
You'll arrive at Spa Ka La'i tucked within the LXR resort, just steps from Waikiki's golden sand. Check in 15 minutes early so you can settle in, fill out a quick health form, and start relaxing before your treatment even begins. The spa team will greet you warmly and walk you through what to expect.
Consultation & The Treatment
Your therapist will sit down with you to understand what your body needs—tension spots, skin concerns, preferences for pressure and temperature. This is where the magic of customization happens. Then you'll be guided to your treatment room, wrapped in warmth, and given over to expert hands for 50 to 90 minutes of pure restoration. Whether it's a signature massage, a Natura Bissé facial, or a full body treatment, every moment is designed around you.
Aftercare & Departure
As you emerge, you'll be offered water or tea, given skincare tips if you had a facial, and reminded to move slowly—your body's still in bliss mode. The spa team may recommend products for home care or suggest booking your next visit before you leave. Then you're free to drift back toward the beach, or simply sit in the spa's calm and let the island work its final magic.
Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance to avoid charges. If you're pregnant, have recent injuries, or health concerns, please mention them during check-in so your therapist can adapt the treatment. Gratuity is customary and can be added to your spa bill or paid directly. Children must be accompanied by an adult; age requirements vary by treatment, so confirm when booking.
