Arrival
You'll check in at the spa reception and be invited into a calming waiting area. Take a breath. Let the Balinese atmosphere—soft lighting, gentle music, the scent of oils—begin the transition from your busy mind to stillness. A staff member will welcome you warmly and guide you through any health questions or preferences.
Consultation & Preparation
Your therapist will meet with you briefly to understand what you're seeking—relief from tension, pure relaxation, or targeted work on problem areas. They'll adjust pressure, temperature, and technique to match your needs. You'll be shown to a private treatment room, given time to undress to your comfort level, and nestled under warm linens.
The Treatment
For 60–90 minutes, your therapist uses their hands, forearms, and intuition to release knots, calm your nervous system, and restore balance. Whether it's the flowing strokes of Balinese massage or the healing warmth of aromatherapy, every touch is intentional. Time dissolves. Your body remembers what ease feels like.
Aftercare
You'll emerge slowly, given water and a moment to reorient. The spa may offer herbal tea or suggest gentle stretches. You're welcome to linger in the relaxation area. Most guests float out in a peaceful daze—which is exactly the point.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a fee. Pregnant guests and those with recent injuries or health concerns should notify their therapist beforehand so treatments can be adapted safely. Gratuity is customary and typically 18–20% of your service cost. Children are welcome at certain treatments (confirm when booking). Mandara Spa reserves the right to reschedule or modify services based on therapist availability.
