My husband and I were downtown yesterday to provision more food for our boat trip, but decided we had to have a little treat before heading out, and the staff was super friendly and quick.

Great experience overall. The service was smooth, the ambience was nice, and the food quality was better than expected. Will visit again with family.

Overview

Noa's Island Massage & Yoga sits where Hawaii's quiet side meets real rejuvenation. Na'alehu feels like a secret—less crowded, more genuine—and this is where you come to actually exhale. Think warm trade winds, the sound of gentle waves, and hands that know exactly how to undo months of tension.

Whether you're here for a traditional Hawaiian lomilomi massage that works deep into muscle memory, or a yoga session that aligns both body and breath, Noa's wraps you in island energy without the resort theater. The space itself is an invitation to slow down: natural light, local textures, and therapists who treat healing like an art, not a transaction.

Give yourself—or someone who desperately needs it—permission to actually rest. This is the kind of place you'll think about long after you leave.

  • Massage services including traditional lomilomi and relaxation styles
  • Yoga classes for all levels, from gentle to more challenging flows
  • Sessions typically 60–90 minutes depending on service selected
  • Wear comfortable clothes; massage therapist will provide draping
  • Book in advance; Na'alehu location is quieter and sessions fill up
  • Arrive 10–15 minutes early for intake and to settle into the space
  • Gratuity is appreciated for exceptional care

Arrival

You'll walk in and feel the shift immediately—cooler air, island sounds, no rush. Check in at the front, fill out a brief health form if it's your first visit, and let the therapist know about any areas of tension or injuries. Take a breath. You're here now.

The Treatment

For massage: You'll move into a private, warm room. Soft music plays. The therapist uses long, flowing strokes (lomilomi style) or focused pressure depending on what you booked—each touch designed to release what you've been holding. For yoga: You'll move through poses at your own pace, with gentle adjustments and breathing cues that quiet the mind. Either way, time dissolves.

Aftercare

After massage, you'll slowly return to the world—a cool glass of water, a few quiet minutes to transition. After yoga, stay in stillness for a moment. Either way, you'll leave grounded, lighter, genuinely changed. Drink plenty of water over the next few hours.

Cancellations require 24 hours' notice to avoid a charge. If you're pregnant, nursing an injury, or have health concerns, mention it during booking so the therapist can modify the session safely. Gratuity is customary and deeply appreciated. Children are welcome in some classes—confirm when booking. This experience is non-refundable but can be rescheduled within a reasonable timeframe with proper notice.

This experience does not have a physical location and can be attended online.

This experience will be held at a location of your choice within the service area.
