Arrival

You'll check in at the calm, welcoming front desk. Take a breath. The energy here is already different—quieter, warmer. You'll fill out a quick health form so your therapist knows about any problem areas, old injuries, or anything they should know. Then settle into the waiting area and let the ambient music start doing its work.

The Consultation & Treatment

Your therapist will greet you and walk you back to a private, heated massage room. They'll ask about your pressure preference, any areas of concern, and what you're hoping to feel when you leave. Then you'll slip under the soft sheets, they'll dim the lights even further, and the magic begins. Warm hands, intentional pressure, the kind of focused attention that makes you realize how much you needed this. Ninety minutes will feel like both five minutes and five hours.

Aftercare

You'll emerge slowly, gently guided back to the present. Drink plenty of water—your body's processing all that release. Avoid heavy meals and strenuous activity for the rest of the day if you can. Let yourself float a little. You've earned it.
