Arrival
Your therapist will arrive at your scheduled time, equipment and supplies in hand. Greet them at the door and show them to your chosen space—bedroom, living room, or anywhere you feel most comfortable. They'll set up a professional massage environment right there in your home.
Consultation & Preparation
Before the massage begins, your therapist will check in about any injuries, areas of tension, pressure preferences, or health concerns. This is your chance to communicate exactly what you need. Then they'll step out so you can undress to your comfort level and settle onto the massage surface they've prepared.
The Treatment
Your therapist returns and begins with respectful, professional touch. Whether you've chosen Swedish, deep tissue, or another modality, they'll work with intention—releasing tension, improving circulation, and coaxing your body into deep relaxation. Time dissolves. You breathe.
Aftercare & Departure
As the session winds down, you'll have a few quiet moments to transition back. Your therapist will give you time to dress at your own pace, offer post-massage care tips, and answer any questions. Then they're on their way—leaving you in your own space, free to rest as long as you need.
Cancellations require 24 hours' notice for a full credit or reschedule.
