Arrival
You'll arrive to warm, welcoming energy—the kind of place where staff know regulars by name. Check in at the main desk and take a moment to settle into the space. The ocean view alone will start shifting your nervous system. If you've booked multiple services, confirm timing with your practitioner.
The Treatment
Your therapist will meet you and begin with a brief consultation about what your body needs today. Then you'll be guided to your outdoor massage pavilion, where the real work begins. Whether it's deep tissue work, acupuncture, sound healing, or another modality, you're in the hands of practitioners who genuinely believe in care. The breeze, the sound of nature, the skill—it all works together.
Aftercare
After your session, take time to reintegrate. Drink water, move slowly, and sit with the shift that's happened. If you've layered in other services, your next practitioner will be ready for you. Many guests linger on the grounds, soaking in the views and the stillness before heading back into the world.
Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance for a full refund. For massage and bodywork, pregnant clients and those with recent injuries should consult with your therapist before booking to ensure the service is right for you. Gratuity is customary and appreciated. All ages welcome; parents/guardians must accompany children under 18.
