ARRIVAL & CHECK-IN
Arrive at the confirmed launch site 30 minutes before flight time. You'll be greeted by your pilot and crew, followed by a short safety briefing and pre-flight prep.
BALLOON SETUP & BOARDING
Watch (or assist!) as the balloon is inflated. Once ready, board the basket with up to five other passengers and prepare for liftoff.
IN-FLIGHT ADVENTURE
Float for 45 to 60 minutes, guided by the wind. You'll take in sweeping views of northeastern Ohio’s countryside, Kent State’s skyline, and the peaceful landscapes beyond.
LANDING & CELEBRATION
After a gentle touchdown, celebrate your flight with a champagne or sparkling juice toast. You’ll also receive your First Flight certificate and a commemorative pin to mark the occasion.

Launch Sites
• Launch locations vary based on wind direction
• For morning flights, expect a call the night before between 10–11 p.m.
• For evening flights, confirmation is made same day between 3–4 p.m.
• Exact site will be shared via phone after weather assessment
