This moderate hike covers approximately 3-6 miles on mostly level terrain with good footing. Participants should bring swimwear, a towel, water shoes (recommended for swimming areas), sun protection, and at least 2 liters of water. The location of this hike is kept confidential to preserve its pristine condition – we ask all participants to respect this and not share the specific location on social media. Transportation is provided from convenient pickup locations in NYC, including the Barclays Center in Brooklyn (6:30am) and Grand Central in Manhattan (7:00am). The adventure includes a breakfast of fresh fruit and donuts, coffee and tea, plus a healthy gourmet lunch and snacks.
